We open our restaurant only on reservation and if we are not busy with works in the cellar and/or in the vines. We ask a minimum number of guests to open the kitchen.
We cook daily for the reserved guests, to avoid to waste food.
We do not make menu à la carte, but set menu, which changes every day according to what is available in our garden. So, we kindly ask you to let us know in advance eventual allergies / intolerancies, so to organize the kitchen.
Our cooking is traditional of Lang: we follow the traditional recipes ledt us by our grannies. So you will not find fish or burrata, but tajarin and bunet.
